Lunch with Lindsay

Lindsay was one of my young women in our last ward. We have always clicked and we've been fortunate to stay in touch. She served her mission in Brazil so it's always fun to exchange stories and share our mutual love for that country and the people there. She was up here from Provo so we were able to squeeze in a quick lunch!

Beach Room Prep

Brielle is wanting a beach room so we have slowly been getting stuff to switch out her decor. I found this idea online and Brielle loved it. So we found a big B and I let her glue a bunch of her sea shells to it. It turned out super cute!

 

Swifties!

Brielle and Cora wanted to go to the Taylor Swift movie and have been planning their outing all week. They dressed up and had a blast being Swifties!

 

Swimming

I probably don't need to document every time the girls swim but they always seem to be doing something fun I want to take pictures of. 

 

Football Halftime

Another half time but this time it was an away game down in Lehi. We decided to make a date of it so Trevor and Karyn brought their babies over with Jordan to babysit them at our house with our girls. Then the 4 of us headed down to the game to watch the Minerettes perform. We went to dinner afterwards and it turned out to be a great evening!

 

Halloween

Halloweens look very different than they used to. We don't have many kids in our neighborhood so trick or treating here hasn't been much fun for the kids. Half the houses are dark and I don't feel comfortable just letting the kids go around on their own so we have let our kids go with their friends the past couple of years. Brooklyn went to a party with all the sophomore Mineretttes, Brayden went to a party with his friends, Brynlee had friends here to swim and watch a movie as well as trick or treat a little bit, Brielle went to her friend Reece's house, and Britney went with Evelyn in her neighborhood. It turned out to be a quiet evening for Josh and I as we answered the door maybe 10 times throughout the night.
