Cabin Trip - Day 1 & 2

Another cabin trip! We love heading up to the cabin and we enjoy everything about it. Because it's a holiday weekend, we didn't invite anyone to come up with us bc Josh's family all wanted to come. It was fun to hang out with them! Brayden had his Mt. Jam Tournament all weekend so we didn't head up to the cabin until Saturday afternoon, but it was still worth it. On Sunday we ended up going to the old cabin for a beautiful hike to the pond. Lexi loved fetching sticks and swimming in the water. Britney was insistent on getting in, then realized how cold it was and was fine with just her feet getting wet. Kim and Ron were staying at the old cabin so they were nice to let us all zip line down their zip line they made. It was a ton of fun!

Rachael and Ben's Wedding

It has been such a busy month for everyone getting ready for Rachael's wedding. I helped out as much as I could, but with 5 kids I wasn't much help. It's always neat to go to the temple and witness 2 people getting sealed. Rachael looked beautiful and the ceremony was neat. The kids were excited to see her come out of the temple. After taking pics we headed home so the little ones could take a nap. I spent the afternoon finishing the dresses and doing all the girls hair. It was such a drama finding the dresses, but they worked out! I added little cap sleeves onto the 3 younger girls' dresses, and I thought they turned out great. I'm excited to get the pics back from the photographer! He was great and took our family picture as well as individual pics of each of the kids. The reception was beautiful at Abravenal Hall. We ended up staying till 10:30 to help pack everything up. It was a long day, but everything turned out great!

Rachael's Honeymoon Shower

Natalie and I had a wedding shower for Rachael that was a lingerie shower. It was beach themed and turned out SO cute! We played a couple of games, ate fruit pizzas, drank italian sodas, and opened lots of fun lingerie. Congrats Rachael! We are so excited for you!
