Another Bball Tournament

Brayden had another ball tournament at the expo center again, but this time they were missing a couple of their key players. They made it to the championship game again and we were so excited for them! But they struggled in this game and were behind the entire game...anywhere from a couple of points to 12 pts behind. With 2:30 left in the game they were down by 12 and we were all pretty bummed. But Brayden wasn't ready to give up and he caught fire. He drilled 4 three pointers (he had a total of 7 during the game) in those last 2 minutes and brought the team back to win the game!!! The other team was just stunned and unsure of what just happened. It was so cool to watch the team rally around Brayden and just got him the ball and the kept dropping. I've never been so nervous watching him play as it got more and more intense. It was crazy to watch and so exciting for Brayden to have led that charge. The team deemed him the MVP and let him keep the big gold trophy. His smile was priceless and lasted for weeks!

Bball Tournament

Brayden's team is getting SO good! They've got some great players and really play well together. They played in a tournament at the South Towne Expo Center and won every game, including their championship game! They were excited and loved every minute of it!

Fairy Gardens

Gardner village turns into the fairy gardens every summer. We've never gone before, but the girls loved it! They went on the little scavenger hunt to find all the hidden fairies as well as participated in a little fairy parade. The perfect thing for all these little girls!

4th Grade Program

Brooklyn had her end of the year program. They sang, danced, and played their recorders. It was fun to see her enjoy it all so much! She loves to perform!

Churros and Spray Paint

Brayden needed to spray paint a box for a school project, so of course all the kids had to get in on the spray paint action. And cute little Britney just rode around and watched while eating her churro. Love nights like this!

Father's Day

Sundays are always so busy with Josh having to get his orders in, but we were able to figure it all out to visit everyone we wanted to. My parents had just flown in so we met them at my grandpa's house and had a nice visit with them. We spent the evening with the Ericsons and had a nice dinner with them.

Christmas Morning

Merry Christmas!!! Just kidding. Brielle spent hours and hours gathering up random things from around the house and wrapped them all up, made signs for everyone, and set them all out. She was SO excited to have everyone home to open her presents like on Christmas morning. It was pretty adorable. We all had a good laugh at the stuff she wrapped to give us. So cute!

Dinner with the Ericsons

We had the Ericsons over to play, eat dinner, and of course have some s'mores! It was fun to relax and spend the evening chatting with them.

New furniture!

So my fire table was for Christmas, and for my Mother's Day/Bday/Anniversary gift I wanted patio furniture. We ordered it from Amazon and I absolutely love it! The fire table has been a hit and we've eaten a lot of s'mores. Lol. Here we are with the Jensens:

Dance Recital

Yay for recitals! It was so fun to be able to see all 4 girls dance...even if it did take 3 hrs. The first had the rec classes dance, so Britney and Brielle both danced in that part of it. Then they all left so the competition teams could have their recital. It's been a fun year and it's sad see ending!
