The Brauns booked a place down on Balboa Island for fall break and kept telling us we should come. Randomly I checked flights one day and they were super cheap so we decided to grab plane tickets and booked a place by the Brauns. Since we came to Newport for spring break also we decided to add a little bit of Disneyland to this trip. We took a later flight and made it there with no complications! We got up early Friday morning and headed to Universal Studios. I wasn't sure if it would be worth going since our kids are still on the younger side, but I'm so glad we did! The kids absolutely loved it. Most of the lines all day were pretty short so we got to ride the rides multiple times and we got everything done we wanted to!
