We only stayed in Anaheim for the first 2 nights, which meant we had to check out this morning and we couldn't check into our beach house in Newport until this evening. So we found a sports grill to stop at so Josh could watch the BYU game and we could hang out for the afternoon. They gave us the perfect spot in the restaurant on their covered patio so we had the whole end to ourselves to relax and watch the game. Unfortunately they didn't play very well so that was a bummer. But the girls had fun doing their diamond paintings. We met up with the Brauns after we checked into our beach house and immediately walked over to get frozen bananas! We played games for the evening and just enjoyed our time with the Brauns.
