Since Brynlee's bday was on a Wednesday, we knew it would be difficult to get together as a family. Josh and the older kids have mutual and the younger girls dance. So that meant it would just be Brynlee and me to celebrate. So we went to dinner at IHOP the night before, which is a favorite of the kids. On her actual birthday Brooklyn, Brynlee, and I went and got pedicures in the afternoon. For the evening I lucked out and called the Hale Center Theater and they had a couple extra tickets to their sold out show of the Secret Garden. So Brynlee and I invited Kay to come with us and we had a wonderful time. Zupas for dinner then the show. We ended the evening with everyone making it home so Brynlee could open her presents.
