Ready or not here we go! Britney is an NRG Prodigy so she is competing this week for the title of National Prodigy. She kicked off the week with her solo competition bright and early at 7am. She did great! Brynlee also had her solo today and she was AMAZING! So so good! We ended the night with the alien party. We weren't sure if it would be lame or not and we were. pleasantly surprised with how awesome it was! The girls had a great time!
*Neat story I don't want to forget. Brynlee and Delaney have danced together for many years. They are both very competitive and are both equally amazing dancers. It's impossible for them both to win and one of them usually walks away disappointed. But these 2 show up for each other. I've never seen a healthier, competitive relationship. When Delaney won the Intrigue apprentice jacket over brynlee, Brynlee was the first one to give her hugs. She was genuinely so happy for her even though she walked out in tears. When Brynlee won the Intrigue True Performer jacket over Delaney you bet she was one of the first to hug and congratulate Brynlee. I love watching them rise above the normal feelings towards a competitor and love each other and root for each other. After Delaney finished her solo she could hardly breathe and she collapsed on the floor. Brynlee immediately laid down next to her and helped her catch her breath and coached her while she calmed down. I loved it and I can't help but get emotional every time I look at the picture.
