Tribute to Paul

I headed home early from boating so that I could go to the long anticipated tribute for Paul Winkleman. Paul was my high school ballroom coach, did my individual routines in college, and became a life long friend. He is one of the 5 most influential people in my life and truly shaped who I have become. Most people that have had him as a coach/friend feel the same way so we have all spent a year putting this special night together. Paul was diagnosed with ALS and has lost a lot of his normal functions. It's sad to see such a legend struggle and lose the ability to create such masterpieces in the theater and arts. It was a wonderful night celebrating him and all he has accomplished in this life.
