Discovery Gateway Museum

We LOVE going to the museum downtown. Brayden is always asking to go, so I finally arranged another play day there. We met up with my college roommate Monica and her little girl Elise. There were quite a few field trips that came through, but overall we had a wonderful time. Here's Brayden and Elise playing with the ping pong balls in the water:
All Brooklyn did for the first hour was carry around this flower. She was nervous with so many kids around. She finally did start playing with everything though.
Elise flying the helicopter:

The kids have never been fans of the helicopter noise:
Brooklyn LOVES the ball area, as does Brayden of course. This is the first time she figured out how to do it all by herself and she laughed everytime she opened the thing up and the air hit her face:
Brayden and Elise on the swan:
Thanks Monica and Elise for enjoying the day with us!

Looks like a great time! I wanted to let you know that this Friday is free admission there. I think I'm meeting my mom and my sister and her kids there, but you're welcome to join us! Or maybe we'll cross paths. Regardless--- it's free! We scored last year arriving right when they opened and the crowds weren't super bad. So maybe we'll see you there! Also, cute, cute pics of your kiddos. I sure miss all of our weekly get-togethers when we lived closer!!! It was so much fun to get caught up with you at the SKF!
