I didn’t realize how much this trip would affect the girls and us parents. It did everything it needed to and more…it healed broken hearts, pushed them emotionally and physically, and reminded these girls why they do what they do. These girls bounced back from state and put their whole hearts into this competition. Their 3 comp routines took 1st, 1st, and 2nd and two of those routines were invited back to dance in the battle during the awards night. Both of those routines took 1st place in their respective battles! It was amazing to see an entire arena cheer for any and all teams. The crowd respected the art of dance and supported anything impressive no matter who you were. Bingham definitely left their mark at this competition with many teams wanting pics with the girls, asking to follow them on IG, and complimenting them for mastering and sharing their passion. I’ll never forget what it felt like to have an entire arena erupt and cheer for them during the battle and when they won.
Besides the dance competition we spent 3.5 days at Disney parks. It was fun to hang out with the girls and parents and just enjoy being together. Such a fun and exhausting week!
