Because we were at the cabin all weekend we didn't really do much for the holiday. I felt bad we didn't get to see any fireworks this year, but we managed. I had some sparklers and smoke bombs so after the kids all showered they played around with those. When it got dark there were quite a few fireworks we were able to see from around the neighborhood, so we got out blankets and chairs and watched as many as we could before I finally sent the kids to bed.
