Wednesday we took it pretty easy. We slept in, had breakfast, then headed out to catch a taxi to the Playa del Carmen. It was the closest place we could find that we could do some shopping. It was fun to walk around, barter a little bit, and get a bunch of stuff for the kids. We walked to the beach and it was so beautiful! It was cool to be able to see Cozumel. We found a little restaurant on the beach and enjoyed eating and relaxing in that atmosphere.
After we made it back to the resort we hopped in the pools again and relaxed for the rest of the afternoon. We were only able to make a reservation for 2 of us at the Japanese restaurant, so Josh and I went there while Jeff and Amy went to the Mediterranean restaurant next door. We all loved our food. It was another fantastic day!
