Lake Powell - Day 1

We have been pretty anxious to get our boat out of storage and get it on the lake. It worked out to skip a day of school and head to Lake Powell with Justin and Ali. We headed down Thursday after school and Justin and Ali headed down Friday afternoon. We got there late Thursday night which meant we were able to launch the boat Friday and spend the day surfing and getting some sun. It was a little chilly in the water but totally worth being there. We headed to dinner once the Brewers joined us.

 

6th Grade Play

Every year the 6th grade puts on a series of greek plays. It's always fun to go and watch the kids venture outside their comfort zones and do a little acting. Brielle did a great job!

 

Family Pictures

We were able to get family pictures with Josh's family and they turned out great! It was pretty stressful finding a time to all get together. Brayden was asked to conduct a fireside so we had to rush through our pics and the group pics so he could get to the fireside on time. It all worked out and the pics turned out SO good! We love them!

 

World Champion Banner

Bingham has banners hanging up around the gym for those that have won state championships. They don't hang banners for national dance titles, however, they wanted to recognize the drill team for winning gold at the World Championships. They made a special banner that will hang in the auditorium alongside the rest of the banners. Super cool!

Hale Center Theater

The Brauns invited us to join them to see Finding Neverland at Hale Center Theater. It was a great way to celebrate my birthday and I really enjoyed the play!

 

Double Bday Party

It's my birthday...so why not throw a birthday party for Brielle and Britney! It was the only Saturday we could do a party for them so we threw it together and it went great! Since they have the same dance friends we combined their party and had one big awesome party!
