Sean and Rachelle are in the process of adopting Sean's niece's baby. Sean's parents have been taking care of her but they need a more permanent solution so they have started the adoption process. We finally got to meet her when Sean's parents brought her up for a visit from Cedar City. Britney is naturally obsessed and can't wait til she gets to see her more!

 

Hitting the Rim

Brayden has been working towards this since the day he started dribbling a basketball. He's been close for a while but finally has been able to jump and touch the rim of the hoop!

 

Brooklyn’s Birthday Dinner

Since Brooklyn was gone all day yesterday we took Brooklyn to dinner tonight. She chose the Olive Garden and it was SO good! Happy birthday Brooklyn!

 

Brooklyn’s Birthday

We could only do so much to celebrate Brooklyn's birthday when she had drill all day but we figured out how to make it work. She had practice all morning so we invited all the drills over after practice for lunch, donuts, and hanging out. They all left to get ready for their half time performance at the football game. We were able to go watch the halftime and grabbed a couple pictures. It was fun to finally see the girls dance and they looked great!

 

Abby

Britney loves animals and she loves our chinchilla. Not many can hold Abby bc she is so jumpy but Brit has managed to figure out how to do it and loves spending time with her.

 

Deer Creek w/ the Millers

Any chance my kids get to go on a boat they say absolutely yes! The Millers asked if we wanted to go up to Deer Creek so we arranged our schedules to make it happen. We headed up late in the afternoon and had a couple of hours on the lake. We all got plenty of water time even though it was pretty cold and stormy. We thought we would have to leave once the lightening started but the storm moved quick so we stayed on the water as long as we could. My girls loved the Miller's dog and also the heating vent. They huddled under towels by the heater as much as they could lol. Robert starting teaching Brooklyn how to drive and now she is convinced we need a boat.
