Aspire Dance Competition

Our first dance competition with all 4 girls!!! We had to wake up super early to get hair and makeup done and drive to Ogden, but we made it with time to spare! It was fun to see all the girls' routines. They all did a great job! Brielle's team killed it...their jazz routine took a high point award for mini jazz, and their lyrical took the overall high point award for all the mini routines! That means out of about 50 routines their routine had the highest score! They got a huge trophy and got to stand up on stage for pictures. It was SO good for Brielle to get recognized and some attention since she usually stands back while the older girls get all the attention. But overall we had a blast. It was a long day, but the girls loved being with all their friends!

Christmas in Color

I've been promising the girls we would make it through the drive through Christmas lights, but we kept getting busier and busier. It's so rare for all 4 girls to be home long enough to go to the lights that it gets tricky. Then of course when we tried to go they were sold out and lines were an hour long. So we waited until after Christmas, which was the best thing we could've done. There were hardly any cars which meant we could take our time and enjoy all of it! The girls loved singing along with the music and seeing all the fun lights!

Sweet Dreams!

I love how this girl sleeps. She's a pretty crazy sleeper and ends up in lots of random positions. I especially loves when she is in a dance pose...I'm not sure if she was doing a stag leap or a posse, but I like to think she was flipping and twirling in her dreams!

Grandpa Brewer

My grandpa continues to struggle with his health, so I wanted to stop in for a visit. I played the piano for him and my grandma for about 45 min and chatted with them a little as well. I love my grandpa and the example he has always been to me.

Pendleton Christmas Party

I think this is the last Christmas party of the year! It's always so busy but so much fun! We got together with my mom's family for breakfast. It's always so good to mingle with my cousins and catch up. 

Grandpa Brewer

My grandpa has been in poor health for years. Every Christmas it seems like it will be his last, but then he keeps on going til the next Christmas when he says it again. I was able to find a couple hours to go over and visit him and my grandma. I played the piano for them and also chatted. It was nice to spend some time with them without the kids around. 

Brewer Family Fun Day 2

We had another fun day with the Brewers. We started off with breakfast at my parent's house, then headed to Airborne to let the kids jump. The kids all had a great time! Ryon and Jana head home after Airborne and we split for the rest of the day.
