Studio Dance Pics

I snapped a couple of my own pics while the girls were waiting to get their dance pics with their teams. I'm excited to see how they all turn out!

 

Brynlee’s Early Birthday Party

Brynlee wanted to have a pool party for her birthday so we decided to do it before the weather turns cold. She had lots of friends come and they had a blast. She wanted a Hawaiian luau with snow cones and s'mores and it was a blast!

 

Ball Pit Makeover

While all of the balls were out of the ball pit I decided it was a great time to jazz it up a bit. I spent 2 weeks thinking, planning, and designing what to do then finally got started. My mom came over and helped tape it all off and Brielle became my painting buddy. She got really good at painting and I loved spending the time with her. I added a bunch more rock climbing holds and also added monkey bars...which was an easy project but also complicated bc of how the studs were placed in the ceiling. Overall I am extremely pleased with how it turned out! (I love the pic of Britney scowling at Brielle bc she wanted a picture by herself in front of the wall she helped paint.)

Fun Hair

We got a new curling wand that came with a bunch of different attachments. We decided it would be fun to try out the tiny crimper on Britney's hair. She loves it and rocks the 80's style. 

 

Lexi

A few pics of our lovely dog Lexi. She is aging like a beauty and the gray hair just add to her cuteness!

 

Dance Movie Night

The dance studio had a movie night outside the studio. The girls loved hanging out with their new teams and loved playing all night...and I think they watched the movie a little bit too.

 

Cleaning the Ball Pit

We decided it was time to empty the balls out of the ball pit and clean and sterilize them. We invited the Bishop's over to help and it was quite the task! It took about an hour for their family of 7 to help me and the kids bag up all of the balls. We had no idea it would take that long and fill so many bags. But we managed to get it done and cleaned out! We found quite a few socks, some jewelry, a little bit of trash, and a couple little toys. I was actually quite surprised we didn't find more stuff at the bottom! It was nice to see that it really wasn't that bad under there and we don't need to worry much about having to clean it out more than once every year or two.
