St. George - Family Day 5

Today was another chill day. The guys all went golfing again today so I took our kids over to Paradise Village to swim with friends that are staying there. We ended up staying for most of the afternoon hanging out with them and a bunch of other dancers we ran into. We hung out for the evening playing games and the kids decided to do a couple rounds of random competitions like wall sits and push ups. It's been a great week and SO much fun!!

 

St. George - Family Day 4

Today the boys all went golfing while the girls relaxed for the morning. We took the kids over to the pool for a bit then headed back to the condo for lunch. After Levi woke up from his nap we headed to Sandhollow Lake with some of Michael and Natalie's friends. We found a great spot on the beach and set up canopies and chairs and let the kids play for the rest of the day. They loved going out on the paddle boards and playing in the sand. We packed everything up and went to their friend's house for dinner then headed back to the condo. The kids were beat from being in the sun all day!

 

St. George - Easter

Easter was a little different this year bc we weren't home! It definitely was tricky making sure I brought everything we needed down with us. We woke up and were able to Zoom our sacrament meeting from home so we could listen to our bishop speak. Afterwards we quickly let the kids hunt for eggs while we packed up and checked out of our house by 11. We went over to visit the St. George temple visitor's center and had a wonderful experience there. The older missionary that was our guide spent a lot of time with us and really shared such a wonderful spirit with us. During one of the little movies I think every one of us was crying. We were able to listen to missionary stories in their missionary room and I loved seeing how invested the kids all were to hearing about the different missionaries. We headed to lunch to kill a little bit more time until we could head to Josh's brother's place (we needed to wait for my sister-in-laws family to head home). We will be staying with them til Wednesday when we head home. We loved being with them and spending the rest of the Sabbath at their place.
