Cabin/Rockport

After the BYU game we stayed overnight at home, went to church, then headed back up to the cabin. Justin and Ali and their family joined us. It was a lot of fun hanging out at the cabin. On Labor Day we headed back to Rockport to enjoy possibly our last boating day. The kids had a lot of fun even though it was freezing and raining. 

 

BYU Game

The BYU season has finally started! This year we have 3 tickets and we are sharing a 4th ticket with the Allman's and will switch off who gets to use that ticket. The kids are excited and we are hoping for an awesome season!

Loving the BYU season already! We got 3 season tickets this year and are splitting a 4th ticket with the Allmans. It's fun that all the kids love coming with us!

 

Rock Port

We headed up to the lake with Justin and Ali's family for the weekend. We headed up Friday afternoon and stayed at the cabin Friday night. We all had stuff on Saturday so we came home, but then we will head back up Sunday evening to spend the night at the cabin again so we can be on the lake on Monday again. 

 

Rockport

We are having a hard time with the boating season coming to an end. We decided to head up to Rockport for Labor Day weekend. We got on the lake just long enough to realize the boat was out of gas. So we all chilled on the boat while Josh drove to the nearest gas station for some gas. Luckily we still had enough time that it was worth going up. It was definitely cold and we were glad we brought sweatshirts. We slept overnight at the cabin, then headed back home so we could go to the BYU game.

 

HOCO

I like that kids are a lot less elaborate in how they ask/answer to dances now than they were when Josh and I were in high school. Brayden asked Ellie Broadbent to HOCO, and Kimball Wolfgram asked Brooklyn this week.
